Worst pharmacy I have ever had to use. Call center is ran by a bunch of incompetent mouth breathers who don’t know how to use a computer nor care if you get your daily medication that is pertinent to your day to day functionality. Be prepared to place on hold for hours on end and 9 times out of 10 just hung up on.
I have used multiple home delivery pharmacies in my time and Birdi is BY FAR THE WORST. I have had issues with every single order, whether that is being sent to the wrong address, filling the wrong dose, or saying its too soon to refill when I have already been out for weeks. I have lost hundreds paying out of pocket because they refuse to contact insurance despite it being their error every time. Update: I received a call from a Director who read my review. He assisted with getting my remaining refills processed and delivered. I appreciate the concern and follow-up. I called to have a monthly prescription transferred from a local pharmacy to mail order. After 2 days, Birdi said pharmacy didn't respond, so they won't be contacting them again. I called the pharmacy and was told they didn't get a request from Birdi. I asked Birdi to try again, and the pharmacy still didn't get a phone call. I'll pay the extra $5 a month... read more
This company has so far been useless. Called to have a monthly prescription transfered from a local pharmacy to mail order. After 2 days Birid said pharmacy didnt respond so they won't be contacting them again. I called the pharmacy and was told they didn get a request from Birdi. I asked Birdi to try again and pharmacy still didnt get a phone call. I'll pay the extra $5 a month to the local pharmacy to avoid having to work with Birdi.
