I was scheduled to have shoulder surgery, so before going into surgery I was trying to get my shoulder in the best possible condition. After a few session using pain free techniques, I was in good condition to head into surgery. Post surgery was great to helping me recover quicker than ever getting me back to full range of motion and helping to strengthen my shoulder. Had persistent hand pain/swelling for a month from a tennis injury. After just one session the swelling went down. After completing all sessions, it's pretty much back to normal. All sessions are very informative in catered to what you need for healing. Highly recommended.
