I love NOVI! I personally love EVERYONE at Novi!!! Dr. Mehler is a great doctor and his support staff is amazing! They have been taking care of my pets for a long time and they are always so sweet when big ole BLACK JACK comes barking in! Who deleted negative ratings of this clinic? This is very interesting. I did a search on reviews for this clinic. It seems that two reviews--a 1 star and 2 star--show up in the search but not on this page and when clicking the link doesn't show anything. I'd like to read those reviews too. I wonder who deleted them? They would definitely change the overall rating of this clinic to 2.7 from 3.1 and that is significant in my viewpoint.
Think twice about Petmeds!! "I brought my 8 year old dog for a check up and the doctor was very nice. My overall experience was not a good one. They were super complicated and gave me a very hard time about his heartworm pills. (They wanted me to buy the ones they had-which were not the ones my dog has been taking well for years...they were not carrying the ones my dog uses) He is in perfect health and I paid entirely too much for them to tell me so. * Wonderful staff and a soothing environment make this a great place to take my cat. Doctor is always caring and tells me exactly what needs to be done and explains it thoroughly. Prices, as usual, can be a bit high- but this is all normal.
Patient Care for Your Pet A great place to make sure your pet is in it's best health. Quality vet and friendly staff. Easy to get same day/ same week appointments. Gives advice as if he were treating his own pet. They also offered us a large supply of puppy food with our first visit.
Expensive, but responsive I've never really had any issues with this vet clinic except how expensive they were. Be wary of the medication they tell you to purchase, I would wait and buy it online from somewhere for cheaper. They will also try and upsell you on stuff that you probably don't need, so stay strong and say no! They have always been very responsive to me when I have issues, never really had any extreme emergencies though. Always been nice, never rush, take the time to really check over my dogs.
Excellent caring vet I have been using novi vet clinic and dr. Mehler for 25 years and three different dogs. He has been great, and available for emergencies. The care we have received these past 25 years have been excellent. I highly recommend him.
Very Happy! This Veterinarian was required for the first visit of our new puppy. We were so delighted with them that we have continued for over a year now. They have provided all of the vaccinations for our dog and recently neutered him. All of which was a positive experience. Even though there prices were high, they broke down the expenses and let you choose "ala carte" pricing.
