I have a lot of anxiety about going to doctor's appointments, especially at new places. This was a really pleasant experience all around.
I have seen couple of doctors at their Novi facility. Dont have any particular issues with doctor's there but only when you can pass through the complexities of their office management personnel. Right from the appointment confirmation to billing everything is an issue. Everyone hides behind some obscure policy in the document to charge extra fees (including rescheduling). I don't review doctors often, but I needed to put out there how good Dr. Andy is. His nursing staff was very friendly and efficient, but he's a rock star. His bedside manner is incredible, and he explained everything to me in terms I understood. He fields questions like a champ, and gave me very clear, actionable items to make sure I was doing the right thing for my health. Very personable and down to earth, while I don't wish for health issues I definitely hope I can see him again in the future.
