We've been here a few months and it seems pretty safe. Only problem is the first few months we didn't get proper trash pickup. The office seems to never know what is going on. We were supposed to get our home power washed by them and it never happened. They offered to fix the hole in the side of our place- never happened. Supposed to get our driveway repaved on July 2nd, still hasn't happened and no update on when it is.
