Prior to the new owners (may’sh 2026) it was ok. Now it’s crap. We all agreed to rules and since the new owners that appears to be long gone. cars parked all over the place. Extremely loud cars, these are all rules which are supposed to not be allowed and we all agreed and signed when we moved it, but the inmates are taking over. The people in the park are nice for the most part and I'm talking about the residents. Also, the garbage people are always late, they're never here. The garbage days always change. That is the only thing that is consistent in this trailer park is that the garbage days will never be the same. They are consistently raising the rent every 6 months and it's never less than $20 and most of the time it's over $20.
