We've been here a few months and it seems pretty safe. Only problem is the first few months we didn't get proper trash pickup. The office seems to never know what is going on. We were supposed to get our home power washed by them and it never happened. They offered to fix the hole in the side of our place- never happened. Supposed to get our driveway repaved on July 2nd, still hasn't happened and no update on when it is. Our neighbor spray painted the back of our house, told the office and they said it would get cleaned up. ... read more

Looks can be deceiving. This place is not as nice as it appears. It seems from the many other places we've been to looking for our new home are much nicer. We know people that live here and this is a decent place but others have much nicer amenities. The playground is small, the pool is small, fitness center only has like 3 machines, small lame basketball court, no extra storage, roads are done halfway or half as*,... The front appearance is the only upkeep. Lot rent is extremely high compared to others. Just don't waste you... read more
