Roberto is a master of his craft. He takes his time, gets to know you, listens to your wants, looks at as many inspiration photos as you can find. Isn't afraid to be honest, gives his input, and then begins to create!! I walked out so impressed with the whole experience and my cut, I think he just added another Novi client

Roberto was an absolute pleasure to work with. First time visiting a proper stylist in nearly 10 years and he walked me through the entire process. Answered all the questions I had and made sure he checked in on how I was liking the transformation. Truly an expert in his craft. Thank you so much Roberto!!

I have been going here for almost 2 years now. Mary and Bri are the best!!! So friendly and accommodating. Mary is an artist when it comes to hair highlights/balayage. She is so sweet and personable. Bri knows exactly what to do when it comes to cutting hair. I always feel comfortable knowing that she will make my hair look exactly how I pictured, and a lot of times even better.
