Super complicated patient history with very little record of it and Leanne did SO much research to find out everything that was missing!!!! She spent so much time on us and was incredibly kind and so patient. The world needs more of her. She even stayed after hours to finalize everything to get us in for an appointment as quickly as possible. Its a rare experience to come across wonderful and very helpful people like her in the medical world!!!! Thank you, Leanna!!! And way to go Novello for employing a gem!!
This place is wonderful, Great people from the time you walk thru the door , very welcoming ladies at front desk, made me feel very comfortable I was very nervous about my mri but they put me at ease.Thank you . Would recommend to my family and friends.
Novello Imaging was wonderful! The facility was clean, and everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I especially appreciated knowing what my MRI would cost ahead of time, it made the whole experience much less stressful. I highly recommend Novello Imaging for your imaging needs! A special shout-out to Josh, the radiology technologist, who stayed late for my appointment and provided excellent care. He made the experience as comfortable as possible. Thank you!
I had a CAT scan done there so the specialist gallbladder doctor could see if he was going to operate on me or not. He looked at my data, saw that NO CAT scan results were sent to him to review. Then he just said ,"Well, when you are in pain call me." I've just found out my hubby recently had imaging done at Novello for his prostate problems & his specislist doctor did NOT get the imaging sent to them as well. We paid & had our time wasted for nothing. Say, "NO!" to Novello!
