DO NOT GO TO THIS "DOCTOR". It is docs like this that give chiropractic treatment a bad name. I has about 9-10 treatments with him before I found out hoe I should have been treated with my back conditions. Dr. Novelli claims to use the Graston treatment on patients, I found out when I went to a real chiropractor he didn't even have the proper tools to do that type of tx. All Dr. Novelli did was have his nurse use the ultrasound on me, then he would do his version of Graston, crack my back by twisting me(I am fused at 2 lvls)... read more

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled.
