Have been here 4 times and have never had any issues. Natalie does great gel mani/pedi and the owners have been nothing but amazing.
Really bad acrylic fill job, thick and poorly done. Nail tech refused to thin them for me, stating my nails were curved and she couldn't make them thinner. I've had acrylics for awhile and never heard of such nonesense! Had to go to another salon the next day to have them thinned out. The other salon couldn't believe what a poor job they did. Wasted $50!
I visited this salon for the first time today. My pedi is adorable pink with white and black polka dots. My SNS mani is a gorgeous silver glitter ombré. I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely amazing !!!! sadly I moved to flagstaff 2yrs ago but I used to come faithfully every 2 weeks !!! I've never been disappointed !!! Every time I'm in phx I get them done again !! Just got them done today they are flawless Brian and Julie were absolutely amazing !!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone !!! You will not be disappointed !!! ��
