Novel Health Services has been such a great help to my Mother and I. Our family was overwhelmed taking on the task of helping with the transitioning of my mother from Nursing Home onto the community. Novel made it easier for us. The onboarding process was seamless. Their care was on point…The staff/ administrators do really care. I am very disappointed in this company. The owner of this place lack professionalism and talks to you really bad. I wouldn’t refer a dog to place. I don’t like to write bad reviews about a company but i have had it with the owner and her smart mouth. Since their were issues with scheduling adjustments with me caring for my loved one and she fail to do her job and not wanted the hassle of making those adjustments she got mad and been very rude to me. Angela G. has been the best RN that I've had here at my mom's house since she was put in hospice. Her experience and training has helped me become a better caregiver for my mom, and she's quick to reply to my texts and phone calls. She has gone out of her way to make my mom feel comfortable.
