Staff was friendly and very inviting! This was my daughters first appointment and they made it a great experience for her.
We started at NPD then had to change due to insurance but we went for a teeth cleaning today and it was great! The staff there is exceptional and Dr. Banakus is wonderful with the kids. We will be switching back!
Very clean, very organized ! My son loves the iPads and the movie during the cleaning and the surprise toy at the end! The staff is awesome I totally recommend this place if you have little ones 💕
Novato Pediatric Dentistry is a first rate operation. All of the doctors as well as the entire staff are highly trained and really know their craft, specifically in how they deal with children. The office is brand new with so many amenities to keep little minds occupied while working in their mouths. I feel relieved that I found them and over the last 5 years both my daughter and I have grown to love our visits. Everyone is so lovely to interact with, very informative, and a clean environment!
Unfortunately my son had 2 cavities. FORTUNATELY, he is seen at Novato Pediatric Dentistry. The whole procedure took about 45 minutes and they were great with my 4 year old son. They explained everything in very simple terms for him to understand and ease his fears. He walked out completely unphased by the whole procedure. I would definitely recommend Novato Pediatric Dentistry!
