We are disappointed with are most recent experience at Novato chev. I asked them to rotate the tires while the scheduled service was being completed and they failed to do so, because they were to busy. Its very hard to even get a appointment. The service manager doesn't seem to be concerned. Next service is Jiffy Lube.

Great Costumer Service, Great workers, and Great Environment. I came here a year ago to get my first car 2016 chevrolet malibu limited lt which I did! I loved it. This year before Christmas; I trade in my car for a brand new 2019 Chevrolet equinox It. They have helped me work around my budget and I kid you not I cried when I got it. They are amazing and sweet and extremely friendly. You will love them. Jordan, David, and the crew THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DREAMS COME TRUE! I COULDN'T DONE IT WITHOUT THEIR HELP! <3
Greg gave us a maintenance schedule to keep our performance up. We are following his advice, along with the technician's recommendations. Even came in under estimate and feel our car is being serviced appropriately. Shuttle and Mike, so perfect. Mike made the ride interesting and what a great service enabling maintenance without worrying about transfers to and from!! Well Done!

Everyone at Novato Chevrolet has always been so very helpful and accommodating and really fast service they’ve been the best for at least the last 12 years or more that I’ve been going there. I have confidence in them when I leave my car knowing the work is going to be done right!
Tyler in the service department went above and beyond when I brought my flat tire in to be repaired.. highly recommend them!!
