On today 5/21/2026 I made a frantic called to Nova Spine pain as I’m a patient of record… frantic due to me realizing there was no new appointment made and I have only a few days of meds left. I’m post chemo and have been diagnosed with SFN & PHN both are extremely painful & debilitating to say the least. Called today for an appointment and quest who I talked too? Karen's daughter, "K". Just trying to get answers regarding my pain. The first thing "K" says is 'patients name and date of birth. No 'good morning, thank you for calling NovaSpine'. It set the tone for how this call is going to go. It went down hill from there. And I'm still in pain."K" attitude just increased my pain.
Dr.Park was very rude and pretty judgemental and to top that off wouldn't listen at all he was ignorant I really do appreciate doctors and nurses and all but places like this in the health field make experiences like this suck I really wouldn't recommend this place to people at all the only reason I rated it at a one star is because of the check in assistant he was pretty efficient
Dr.Vaughn and friendly staff are really good people. Chiropractic therapy from Dr.Vaughn is amazing! He listens! Just like Dr. V Tweety & Dr. Baker . Dr. Baker has always had the best staff that gives great experiences with NOVA SPINE. It's a privilege to have them all, always leave feeling better from any office of Nova Spine. Highly recommend NOVA SPINE.
