Thank you so much for making my baby girls 21st so special!! Flowers and service were both top tier. Mom may have forgot to leave message on card 🤦♀️ and also mom had the wrong address 🤷♀️. They fixed both for me and my girl was so happy!

I ordered a bouquet for local delivery and it was perfect! I loved their example pictures online and was really happy to see that what was ordered is that was delivered. I've had the opposite experience using big marketplaces like 1-800-Flowers. They also sent me a picture of the order before delivery, and I really appreciated the preview. I'll definitely order from NovaPetal again!

Absolutely above and beyond service! I needed a memorial bouquet delivered to an uncommon location at an uncommon time and NovaPetal went out of their way to make sure it happened - and even sent a 2nd driver out later so the bouquet wouldn't stay out in the heat too long before they could be picked up. I highly recommend NovaPetal for both their arrangements and their service.
