They truly did an amazing job with this arrangement. They were so sweet on confirming my order and executing the order. My best friend was happy and everyone who saw the bouquet kept saying they were beautiful . Thank you so much for such a beautiful bouquet you truly made my best friend birthday extra special.
Though it was a same day order, the arrangement was delivered early afternoon in time for her to enjoy it as her Birthday surprise! My daughter said the bouquet was beautiful! Thank you again for the attention to detail on this beautiful surprise arrangement!
Stunning flowers, but disappointing execution. For a $700 order, I expected proactive communication. Instead, the Valentine's delivery arrived at 7:00 PM after I spent the entire day waiting and had to initiate contact via email at 6:00 PM to find out where they were. Great product, but the delivery logistics and customer service need to match the premium price point. However, won’t order again from here. Commitment to customers is flawed.
