Call back was extremely rude and made me feel like my illness was my fault, my wife's treatment was uncalled for and the NP that called her was extremely rude
The receptionist was cordial, online scheduling was convenient, the doctor was great. Only dissatisfaction was the "nurse" who did the vitals had her badge turned backwards. She didn't greet or introduce herself and when I asked her name she seemed irritated. Otherwise the overall experience was pleasant , efficient and affordable.
