We had to come here for an appointment for my husband. Where we had been rushed out by other offices, we found this office to be the exact opposite. Our nurse Andrea was fantastic. She was compassionate and explained everything to us and took the time to make sure we understood how to take care of my husbands wound. Everyone from the doctor to the front office crew were outstanding.
This wound care center is horrible. They have repeatedly sent my son home with infected wounds. The office manager Marc takes it upon himself to cancel my son’s scheduled appointments knowing his life depends on them. I feel some of his actions are discriminatory. Such as him canceling my son’s 8am visit and still taking other patients that day. No one else’s visit was cancelled and his reasoning was they were short staffed. This was my first time visiting this office. I called last week to make an appt with a referral from my primary doctor. The process was very easy and got in within 5 days. This morning was my appt, check in was easy and Brittney front desk coordinator was really nice and upbeat. The nurse Lin was very informative about my wound and explained everything in detail. My husband was a patient at wound care for several months and was very pleased with the treatments and all staff. FNP Holly H. Heddleson initiated and continued a positive and professional treatment plan, that was successfully implemented. The recovery of the surgical wound treatment was just like she explained in detail. Just trying to get an appointment, the lady that answer the phone; rude, uncaring of the population she serves!! I have an open wound, “you have to wait for 5 days!! No one is gong to die for not having the supplies for an open wound” She should go work for a fast food restaurant!! 😡
