Weird bunch
May 2025 Back in April my husband asked if they could bill to his insurance instead. They said it would never be possible because he's not my primary. Which is fine; Im maxed OOP and Deductible. No bills from Novant for me! Even birth will be paid. Tell me why now all of a sudden they start sending my husband bills for my appointments..... when confronted they say "It wont let us change it back". I’ve had the absolute best experience with the doctors, nurses, phlebotomy technicians, ultrasound technicians—everyone—at this facility. I’ve been coming here for the past three years, and from the very beginning, I’ve felt nothing but love and support. During my pregnancy with our second child, we were especially touched by the compassionate care we received. April 2025 I did hospital registration week 16 as told. Tell me why in my Mychart it shows I have an appointment at hospital the following month of my due date. I also saw this male MD on the 8th here and he called my chest pain a pulled muscle. That morning the triage nurse I spoke to tried writing me off for acid reflux. Never had it whole pregnancy. What a joke. I've been having chest pain and arrhythmia before pregnancy. My PCP immediately gave me an EKG when I told her about it in November. I've just been living with it... read more
