This place does not get 5 stars from me. The quality of the care was excellent however upon my arrival, I waited at the front desk for almost 3 whole minutes while the receptionist was filing her nails and cleaning her glasses. Absolutely 0 acknowledgment of me or the other family waiting behind me. That’s ridiculous! Only for her to have an attitude when talking to me. I felt like I was inconveniencing her which should not come across since this is her job! Maybe a bad day, but that’s not an excuse for a bad attitude.
I’ve been bringing my father to this clinic for years, but recent experiences have led me to reconsider. I overheard a disturbing conversation from a white front desk staff member (I don’t recall her name, but she wears glasses) making inappropriate remarks about children with special needs. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Additionally, I’ve noticed a lack of diversity at the front desk staff over the years, which raises concerns about the clinic’s hiring practices.
