I don’t know how good the doctors were because the receptionists had such bad bedside manner I was beside myself. She hung up on me after they canceled MY appt last minute (which I fasted for, for bloodwork and canceled my job for). Terrible customer service.. Hope the doctors are better there than the front desk! Just disgusting.
I was a patient for 4 years of this office. I miss Meghan Barrs, NP soooo much! Meghan left the company last year and I was assigned another physician, Dr Mandhan. I went in for my annual physical and within hours, I received a diagnosis via my MyChart and I reached out to the physician. She told me that in order to discuss care following the diagnosis, I needed to schedule a video visit.
