After coming from office with a disorganized, rude staff, and an impatient doctor, this practice has been a breath of fresh air. I don't feel like the only one fighting for my health concerns. I appreciate the personable care from Catherine Wied FNP and the professionalism of team. I also love the way UVA works to remind you to follow up with referrals and messages you with specialty options; not every health care system does this, so I appreciate that.

Your thoroughness, compassion, and the time you take to listen, explain, and make her feel supported at every step have been incredibly reassuring to us. Just started primary care here. Excellent services, compassion, communication, and treatment from the whole staff, most especially LPN Tracy and FNP Catherine Wied. They were both detail-oriented, thorough, did not rush, and genuinely expressed care and concern. Clinic was easy to access and navigate while wheelchair-bound, with extra care taken to provide a larger exam room. I am a complex case and feel I am in excellent hands here. Many thanks!

PA. Odom, Amanda, and staff have been excellent. I'm a Veteran and use the VA as a primary but I like the convenience of a private external practice. I self pay for services, and their pricing is fair for those not using insurance.The backend billing with UVA is/has been challenging but the local staff are quick to get any discrepancies rectified.
