I wanted to leave this review for anyone worried about the low ratings. I went to the ER today and had a very pleasant experience. They took my concerns seriously, each person to include the person pushing my bed, was very kind and considerate. The staffs kindness helped ease my worries through testing and I was there from check in to check out roughly 4.5-5 hours which is speedy compared to most ER visits. I may have gotten lucky, or it was my respectful up bringing, but my experience was great. First ER to feed me too!

I was taken here via ambulance and felt that I received good care. I’m from out of state and felt the care was better than the ERs I experienced in my home state. The medical professionals were attentive, caring, and had a good sense of humor. Made me feel much better and was discharged within a few hours. I thank you all for your hard work.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this emergency hospital. The place is not clean, there isn’t enough room space for patients, and they clearly don’t have enough doctors to handle emergencies properly. One time I went there with a head wound that was open about 2 inches. I was left waiting almost 30 minutes before I finally had to ask the nurse why no doctor was coming to see me. I’ve been in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. There is next to no one here. Usually, I go to Fair Oaks, and I should’ve done so this time as well. If you’re ever wondering if you should come here or any of the other emergency rooms in NOVA, choose any other one.
