first off, i called because i could not sign into my account. it showed "inactive". Why you may ask? Oh, because someone in their staff documented I was deceased. Not only that though, I had to reschedule my appointment and when I showed up early, ahead of the time scheduled, I proceeded to wait 40+ minutes before being seen. 2 people came in after me and both were seen before me. I was there for a quick 5 minute depo shot. That's it. ridiculous if you ask me...
Amazing nurses and assistants, everyone was so sweet and helpful! Dr. Jennifer An is amazing and she treats all her patients so well and is super gentle. Receptionist is rude and condescending. No other words.

I changed providers mid pregnancy due to moving and had a pleasant experience. I’ve only seen women doctors (by chance) and they have all been wonderful. Dr. Kumar, Dr. Dehal, and NP Ginger were exceptionally great but they have all been amazing.
