I don't understand why they have bad reviews. My whole family goes here for our basic health care needs and have always had a good experience. We came from Kaiser previously who people swear by but our experience with UVA Manassas has been much better all around. We like using mychart for quick virtual visits, messaging providers, and referral coordination. At this office we are particularly happy with Dr. Kazmi our pediatrician. She has been amazing! I'm new to the state and trying to find a family care provider for my son and I. What a horrible experience with UVA and all before you can even get in the door... Would've been a new patient today but honestly I cancelled my first appointment the day of. This was due to all the issues I experienced before even having my first visit.
