The nurse did not know how to do a strep test. She swabbed me once. The doctor came in and I asked if they would do the 24 culture if the rapid test came back negative. She said only if she was convinced that it was actually strep. I was confused and said every time I've ever gotten a strep test done before, they do both without asking or anything. I had an appointment with dr.nguyen and she was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. she had an attitude and was very rude. so i thought she was having a bad day so i went a couple more times to see but nope still the same. i waited 40 mins after my scheduled appointment just to have 5 mins of her time? i asked her a question and she told me i need to do more research instead of asking her those questions. i absolutely do not recommend her .
My family physicians for 20 years. Kind, friendly, and excellent doctors.
Was an accident on my way to my appointment..made it with 5 mins to spare..The girl at the front desk couldn't read and mixed the doctors up. Resulting in not being seen for her mistake. The manger was just as rude and unapologetically not polite. Supposed to work help people and they were clearly short supply on coming up with a solution..5 days later was their next appointment..such a joke 🤡 Definitely had experienced better with other nurses..today so disappointed smh
The female attendant who took my vitals was disgusting, incompetent, and unprofessional. She mumbled the entire time during intake and would laugh, ignore me, or cut me off when I asked her to repeat herself. Scratched underneath her shirt and pants and then put her hands on me to take my vitals without washing them first. Laughed in my face after answering simple questions.
