On March 6, 2025, I called to make appt for my husband to have a physical with Dr. Chambers. I was told it had been 4 years since my husband had been seen and he would be considered a new patient. They sent a message to Dr. Chambers asking if he would see my husband. I waited a week, called again. Was told the dr. Had been out of town and would be checking his messages and would be in touch. I love my doctor but the wait at this practice is completely ridiculous!! My appointment was at 10am and I’m still waiting to see the doctor!! I got work to go to and why schedule doctors so many appointments that it is impossible for them to actually see their patients on time and give them the attention they deserve!! Do better Bull Run Family Practice, do better!!!
Just looked at my chart to refill a prescription to find out it is no longer on my list of scripts. Not happy. This is preventative medicine so it is only taken when needed!
Horrible Experience ! I scheduled an appointment at the beginning of August for today sep 10 and I was giving the office a casual call to just make sure that my appointment was at 6 sharp amd not 6:15. When I called they told me my appointment has been cancelled because Dr. Noh has been out of the office for a couple of months now. I told them but Noone told me it was cancelled, so she said we are sorry.
