I'm writing this review because Novant has failed to make things right with me after I made a formal complaint about my visit here on October 26, 2018. I went here because I was having persistent heartburn that would not go away as well as a pain in my right side.The soonest I could get an appointment with my primary care physician was 1 week later and I felt like what I was experiencing was bad enough that it needed to be looked at as soon as possible. I was in and out. Very polite recptionist, very nice doctor.
Friendly staff. Prompt service. Unfortunately they called in the wrong prescription. Ear drops for pink eye. ImI glad I read the box before putting drops in my eyes.
