HORRIBLE front desk customer service. I'm 90% sure my 7 year old daughter broke her finger this evening and my mother took her in at 6:45on to see if she can get it checked out and the receptionist cut my mother off (I was on the phone and heard everything) and the receptionist rudely interrupted her and said “You have to make an appointment because we ain't taking walk-ins, I don't know who told you that” My mother just said ok and walked out. Quick and efficient, the PA was very knowledgeable.
I paid a visit to Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care under less than favorable conditions....bad case of the flu. I have to say, it was a pretty good experience. I reserved my appointment online and arrived on schedule. The facility has good parking, it's very clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. They accepted my insurance, I had minimal wait time, was seen by a LNP, assessed, given a precription and was on my way. Hard to have anything negative to say other than getting the flu sucks.
The PA. was very attentive and listen to my problem and truly cared. Made me feel better. Thank you
