Just left this place. I called long before I arrived and asked if they gave assessments to fill out fmla paperwork for my job. I’m already well affiliated with Novant so they knew the reason as to why I needed paperwork done stating the medication I was prescribed I can’t not work while being on those specific meds. The doctor himself told I should not be working I didn’t request it! I’m just trying to take the necessary steps per protocol so I don’t get fired from my job. I appreciate the staff all of them. Setting my appointment was easy.. I was in and out quicker than I would have been at a traditional ER/hospital. They called me later that day to check in and notify me of what my Xrays said. Idc where I live in clt I will always go to Kings drive Gohealth to be see for myself and my children when I cant get an appointment at our primary care provider. It will always be better than the ER
I came in on Labor Day and the staff as well as my doctor were all so nice and informative about what was going on with me.
Staff was great and the PA very knowledgeable
