Very friendly staff
Just left this place. I called long before I arrived and asked if they gave assessments to fill out fmla paperwork for my job. I’m already well affiliated with Novant so they knew the reason as to why I needed paperwork done stating the medication I was prescribed I can’t not work while being on those specific meds. The doctor himself told I should not be working I didn’t request it! I’m just trying to take the necessary steps per protocol so I don’t get fired from my job.
