Walked in with a wound that wouldn't stop bleeding and found no compassion whatsoever. With one good hand, I was asked to supply all my info and fill out forms. I'd rather bleed out than return to Novant. I will be changing my garbage insurance to favor Atrium instead. I walked into their facility and was seen within a couple minutes and left by the time I would have assured Novant they were going to get their money.
What an incredible experience from start to finish. I had often driven by this urgent care and I noticed that they never seemed busy and I wasn’t sure what that was about, but I really needed them yesterday so I dropped in. My experience at Novant GoHealth Urgent Care on Kings Drive in Charlotte, NC was awesome. The provider, Alyssa (PA), and front desk staff, Thomas, were amazing! They were compassionate, kind, professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
Staff was professional and friendly. Took care of my need quickly.
Treat everyone like a potential customer...if you really care about their health and well being. Next time when someone asks to use your bathroom, consider they may have IBD or urinary incontinence because that is how a person in health care aught to think.
