The facility was clean. The staff was prompt, professional, and kind. They were not able to stitch my facial laceration, so I had to go to the ER. I will return to Novant Health-GoHealth if needed in the future.
Both the doctor and the p a were extremely nice to me. They explained everything that I asked.They explained the whole procedure that I will be having . I'm in the medical field as well.So I always look at the offices. You could eat off this office floor. I was very impressed.
The facility was very clean. The greeting when I first arrived was ok. Didn't have to wait to see doctor or get X-ray. I was very pleased how things went with such ease and control. The doc was fantastic. She made me feel very comfortable. Received everything I needed and left. I will go back here without a doubt!! Thanks Karen Scott
I am out of town at a conference and needed some medical assistance. Novant Health-Go Urgent was only a few minutes away. I booked an appointment online and arrived a few minutes early. They took me back promptly. The staff... the entire staff was extremely professional, friendly and caring. They took their time and really made the effort to make me feel like I mattered as a patient. That can be a rarity these days. As someone far from home that needed help, they were amazing.
Very fast and friendly service. I was able to use the tell us you’re coming feature in the morning for an evening time. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and got exactly what I needed.
