I have been forgotten in a room 3 times. I have been spoken rudely to countless occasions by women at the front desk. I made one last attempt to be seen at this office to avoid going to the hospital. Rude secretary, who was unwilling and wasn’t knowledgeable enough to look into insurance issues within their system. I’ll just wait till fast med opens. I receive better care there.

My experience doesnt even earn 1 star actually. I had arrived before 7:30 am ( hours posted online ) They do NOT open at 7:30, so I had to leave to get to work!. I came straight from work, just down the road 5pm. Signed in on an i pad, paid $100 copay, waited until just before 7pm to get called back. Vitals taken. The front desk receptionist that worked on 2/18/2019 was rude, unprofessional and lacked any compassion for the sick. She became upset after speaking with several CUSTOMERS about the lack of communication. She was using a rude and condescending voice and when someone challenged her about her behavior and tone, she threatened to call the police and stood up at her desk and said I will not be spoken to in that manor.
