This place is so unprofessional. I made appointment online to be seen by a doctor. First I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes. Then, I finally get in a room. I waited for over 45 minutes no nurse showed up. I waisted my time at this location. I'm so disappointed, I still don't have any results. The lady at the front desk is so rude. Unwilling to help the patients. I better not receive a bill since, I never seen a doctor nor nurse. Please find some where else to go, if you're in need of medical assistance. I had a terrible experience at Novant Urgent Care Harrisburg with NP Charmeen Wilkes. I came in for treatment of an ongoing issue and mentioned my husband’s recent treatment only as context for my symptoms. Ms. Wilkes immediately became defensive and dismissive, insisting she couldn’t give me the “same shot,” even after I clarified that wasn’t what I was asking for. One of the worst urgent care. I went there because of an elbow pain. There is no doctor and you will meet a practitioner. Also the nurse doesn’t even know how to take ekg. And finally took an ekg with lead 2 missing. Then they asked me to go ER because they are unable to find any issues.
This week I scheduled an appointment at Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care. After experiencing a severe head cold, sore throat and extreme coughing spells I scheduled an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointed time. My registration was completed quickly and I was escorted to an exam room. A very kind nurse arrived quickly to take my vitals and run some tests.
