Staff is friendly, but I never got my test results. I’ve called about 5 times for almost a month and was always told I was going to get a call back and never did. I was never offered a solution or a reason as to why I never got my results when they should’ve taken 3 days.

everyone working at this office was nice enough, which is why it was one stars. However, I really would’ve appreciated a little more honesty with the wait time. I was told 30 minutes and waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half and then I was brought back and waited for another 30 minutes to see a provider. I left at that point. If someone had just told me that the wait time was going to be longer I would’ve made an appointment somewhere else instead of wasting two hours of my life.
