RecommendedI’ve been going to this practice and seeing Dr. Desena since 1994. Everyone there is friendly, usually prompt, and quick. I don’t even live close anymore but will still travel 40 minutes when needed.
love this Office !!! Dr Dsenta is the Very Best. Been coming here for over 20 yrs. They have cared for all my 5 kids for all those years. Whole staff is Professional in all areas. UFP is the Very Best !!!❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏

Sorry to say they lost a 10 year patient today. I’ve been insured that entire to years but we won’t be covered against until August 1. Wouldn’t refill medication for high blood pressure and heart disease. Semi medical emergency but I didn’t want to pay ER so I made an appointment. They would not see me for less then 100 dollars up front.... STUPID and wrong. I will not visit another novant health facility. Any one have a recommendation for physicians an CMC?

Dr. Megin Gregory is an awesome physician. It's obvious that she truly cares for her patients. I had been on a medication for years and years (pre Dr. Gregory) she helped me get off of it and then celebrated when she removed it from my records. Love her!
I have been a patient here for over 17 years. I have a one year old that I bought in at 6:30 pm and waited my expected time for urgent care. After seeing two people who checked in after me get called to the back, I spoke with the front desk who advised they checked my 1 year old under the wrong person name and we would have to wait to be serviced. At this point I have been here two hours with a sick baby and horrible service. Sadly I will be looking for a new doctors office tomorrow. This is no way to service children. If it... read more
