The provider visits are wonderful. I fully trust them and think they provide excellent care. The staff are kind and helpful. I’m giving this a 1 star review very specifically for NURSE VISITS. This is our second nurse visit and they say “oh it shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes” and it’s been an hour both times. I have filled out my patient satisfaction survey and very specifically addressed this to the office and clinical managers. No response. No follow up.
