I was seen quickly . The staff was very friendly. The office was clean & inviting. Dr. Charis was awesome & made me feel heard & better about my recovery process.

I thought the staff had the compassion and care I would expect at such a place. I found that the main caregiver I saw, who was not a doctor, had no answers for me. She kept referring me back to my primary care doctor, who had already told me they didn’t know so I would have to talk to a neurologist. I left frustrated and disillusioned. She wants to see me again, although I’m not sure why; I plan to cancel that visit. I have no insurance, so this is out of pocket for me. I can’t see paying hundreds more to find out nothing.
