Probably the worst provider I’ve ever been referred to. First then cancelled my appt 3 separate times before finally giving me a solid date for a back injection. Then 2 days before the appt they send me a $1,700 bill to pay. No one ever mentioned this when scheduling the appt. Then I tried to contact their office and left multiple messages with multiple people and never once received a return call.
