The staff is incompetent, the midwife I saw put a terrible name on CNMs, and their back office is rude/nasty. I went here, sort of in a rush without research, because I am advanced maternal age FTM. My initial appointment I was met with quite attitude from the CNM, so much so, that even my husband commented “she's pretty snobby” when we left. I let the CNM know I’d be getting a doula, to which she replied verbatim “I’m happy to recommend you someone to rub your feet during labor since you’ll be paying thousands of dollars.” ... read more
Love Dr. Montague! Very caring and kind, 4th baby and have enjoyed the experience. Dr. salib safely delivered my third baby in 2021, I love this practice
Multiple providers at this office lack attention to detail, even in life-threatening situations. Different providers tell you different things. Even discussing the same situation with their provider multiple times did not lead me to an accurate and clear answer regarding a postpartum emergency. Every time I talk to somebody new about my postpartum medical history at this facility, I am even more confused. I am dismissing myself from their facility and would not encourage others to use their services.
Got billed even though I am NOT their patient and never lived in Matthews NC in my entire life!
