If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m being billed for an “establishing patient” visit even though it was prenatal in nature. My insurance covers all prenatal but only covered a small amount of the office visit that was billed because of the billing code that was used. There is no information for the patient to see how their visit will be billed. If I would have known my insurance would not have covered it I would have waited until January 2025 so that it could at least go toward my deductible. Donna from billing questioned m... read more
Misdiagnosed my wife’s gestational diabetes. Had her in active labor for 15+ hours with a 10 pound baby at 8 months. They kept our baby in the Nicu for a month lying to us about what was going on in order to cover up their mistakes. Doctors referred to me as “water boy” & used inappropriate language to describe body parts.
Dr. Luley is amazing!!! He listened to all my concerns and answered them with helpful advice. I’ve been going for a few years and he really listens to your opinion and does an amazing job!
Dr. Salib is awesome!! He has a great sense of humor and personality, very knowledgeable and transparent, and always a pleasure to see with his great energy! I’m thankful for him and the rest of the team at Southeast.
