Horrible experience. It took over 9 months to be seen, tested, and get results. Now they keep pushing-out my follow ups by months because no doctor is available. So disappointing for a Novant facility. I do not recommend.
It was my fault I was 10 minutes late ( got lost and typical Charlotte traffic) even though I had driven for over an hour for the appt., I was not seen. This appt. was in mid March and could not get another appt. until June. Receptionist had negative attitude even though I was apologetic. :(

Will not return to this one. Spent 15-20 mins at the initial consultation l but being bill for 45 mins of consultation!?!? We should have asked for the cost but never expected the initial consultation to cost this much. We paid less for procedures with real specialists. Don’t make our mistake. Ask for the cost before showing up.
