I have been experiencing severe pain and ongoing symptoms for approximately six months. While I was able to get an appointment quickly, my experience after that point was disappointing. The office repeated several tests that my primary care physician had already conducted, with the same results. Despite this, Dr. KC indicated that he would not be able to provide a diagnosis at that time and instead prescribed medication. Save yourself and go somewhere else! Extremely rude staff, and the doctor, after waiting MONTHS to see him, cancels! They tried to reschedule for two more months from now!?? No APOLOGIES, NO EXCUSES. RUDE! I told them I've been in excruciating pain and suffering....CRICKETS! THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE! GO ELSEWHERE!
Dr Muzaffar, nurses & staff were extremely friendly & helpful to the point it made you notice. Follow up call the next day was great too. Will definitely stay with this team for further treatment.
Very happy and satisfied!!! Anxiety relieved after meeting my new doctor!!! He was very attentive and listen to my concerns!!! Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous!!!
