I have read a lot of the comments, unfortunately I am sorry that you all had a bad experience, but for me I am glad that I was referred here since 2018 and Dr.Patel has been remarkably and his team. I haven't had any bad experiences with the front desk either, sometimes every one needs grace.
What pushed me to give a review at this office is the lady receptionist at the front desk today 7/22/2025 who don't represent Novant standard of being remarkable. She told me my card I used was denied when I know well there was no problem with it. 100% good. In fact I called my card issuer after I left that office and there was no problem with it. This receptionist lady did not make any efforts to try a different way. This the reason for me being upset. I wish it was true - card is not good so I have no reason to write this ... read more
Whoever is the receptionist is what pushed me to add a review. Does the bare minimum to help find an appointment. I asked if there’s any other offices she gives me one when there are more. Only gives info if I specifically ask for other locations. Bad attitude. Very discouraging for an already difficult process and chronic pain. I refuse to deal with this treatment.
I came to see Dr Punjabi in a very bad state. Over the last couple years she has gotten my symptoms under control and she is very caring. I look forward to visiting with Dr Punjabi when I come for my follow-ups. She has made a world of difference in my life and I'm very grateful to her ❤️
