I am a patient of Dr. Nour, who is a wonderful Doctor. He is knowledgeable and very caring. I can not say enough complimentary things about him, his associates and the nurses as I've received care there for many years. However, my experience at Novant Health Pulmonary and Critical Care has been less pleasant on SEVERAL occasions with one of the receptionists. Dr. Nour is amazing. He was so kind, personable and professional with my 83 year old mom today. Novant is very lucky to have him on their team!
They never returned my calls today when I was struggling to breathe.I called at 9:44am,4:38pm....
The nurse who actually preformed my exam was incredibly nice and professional. However, as I walked out I asked the receptionist if she needed my insurance or if I was good to go (I had never been here before), and the receptionist next to her loudly said “I hate when people ask dumb questions.” Not sure why Novant would be employing such rude people in the medical field, I’d hate to have someone who was super ill and going through a rough time have to interact with someone who thinks it’s appropriate to speak to others like... read more
