Receptionist Kim was very disrespectful. Spoke to me in a loud voice and bad demeanor when exiting the office. I was told that I needed to be checked out first before leaving. The waiting room was full of patients, and I was so embarrassed by her talking to me in that way. The PA I saw did not say I needed to be checked out. As I waiting in line with another receptionist Kim sat with no patients in line drinking her drink. After 5 minutes I asked her if she could check me out and her reply was "I guess so".
