The whole staff is so great. Dr. Christy is the bomb. I even was running late and freaking out about it and they switched my appointment to virtual immediately so I didnt miss it. Everyone that’s saying it takes long to get in, well that’s literally every psychiatrist ever. This is the first place where I actually feel heard and enjoy going to. So disappointed with this clinic. My daughter’s doctor office submitted a referral. We did the appointment 3 months in advance. One hour before the appointment which was at 8 am, they called me to cancel it. I was not able to reach the office until they’ve been opened. Staff was very unprofessional. I explained my daughter needs her medication as soon as possible. They did not apologize or help me to get a sooner appointment. They just told me I needed to reschedule for 2 months out.

I swear, Novant is really pissing me off. If it isn't the physicians dismissing your pain and feelings and not being helpful to assist you, it's the lack of communication! I was told to see a therapist at this office, I say ok, even though I've never met one that helped me but I was open. They put me with Kenisha Hopkins at this location and after 3 months (which to me is ridiculous), my appointment came.
