Nov 4: ADHD refill prescription was denied by provider for my 8yo son because he had not been seen in the clinic since April 2025. I proceed to schedule an appointment but the earliest availability is not until Nov 14 and they expect my son to be without medication until then. My son has been doing very well in school with the prescription and now for the last three days of him being unmedicated I have received nothing but complaints of him not being able to focus in school. We see Dr Murphy for a medically complex nonspeaking child. He’s been responsive to our many questions and worked with us outside of appointments to get dosage and timing right. We are grateful to have him managing the balance of our son’s medications for sleep, anxiety, and aggression and listening to our concerns as parents.

Worst customer service ever. You need to hire more professional people to take calls, people who are more compassionate with your clients and who treat us with respect. Experience is frustrating, and I can imagine the service provided if first impression is like that. I called to reschedule and I ended up canceling the appointment due to frustration and impatience on their end.

My doctors are fantastic! Always there for me. But reception for this company is just awful! They never answer their phone and never respond to call backs. I’ve been waiting 2+ weeks for someone to make my follow up appointment.
