I cannot say enough positive things about Allegra Cooper. She is an exceptional therapist who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. Terrible Receptionist We are new to the area after moving from the West Coast. While we really like the provider and will continue care here, the front desk experience was disappointing. We had difficulty accessing MyChart, and what should have been a simple request for a doctor’s note became unnecessarily difficult. One front desk staff member was very unfriendly and made the situation feel uncomfortable. The office could benefit from improved customer service at the front desk.

Nov 4: ADHD refill prescription was denied by provider for my 8yo son because he had not been seen in the clinic since April 2025. I proceed to schedule an appointment but the earliest availability is not until Nov 14 and they expect my son to be without medication until then. My son has been doing very well in school with the prescription and now for the last three days of him being unmedicated I have received nothing but complaints of him not being able to focus in school. We see Dr Murphy for a medically complex nonspeaking child. He’s been responsive to our many questions and worked with us outside of appointments to get dosage and timing right. We are grateful to have him managing the balance of our son’s medications for sleep, anxiety, and aggression and listening to our concerns as parents.
