My second experience here. First was great with Dr. Khalil but she’s on leave so I had to see Heather Detrizio. I’m never going back to her again! Very insensitive! I left her a personal review. My second complaint about my visit today was that the phlebotomist that took my blood work had an ear piece in and was on the phone. Having a full conversation while sticking me! I've met very few doctors that didn't treated me like a liar (with symptoms, right...) and this location is no different. I saw Dr. Malano and decided it was best that I switched to Atrium to hopefully find a provider that believes me and cares for my well-being. At Novant, I was just a number.
Is this place not open anymore??? I have been calling for a month trying to get in and nobody answers the phone! I was waiting for 45 minutes once. Ridiculous the amount of times I've called and no answer. The only reason I keep calling is because this is my family doctor/ob but I guess I'm gonna have to change that!
Do not become a patient here. The staff does not care about their patients. Save yourself the frustration and hassle and find a better medical practice with better people.
Everyone is so nice and kind at this office ! Never been left waiting for long periods of time and they take your health concerns seriously!
