My wife is Novant health employee. But yesterday she was a patient there. She had 3 hours surgery. Surgery team, and after surgery, the second team also served amazingly. It was like a dream. Til today when we checked out and get her car, from employee parking lot, across the street of main hospital nightmare started. Car didn’t start. We had huge mistake to try to get help from hospital.
