Horrible and dishonest billing practices. They will not return calls. Billed me for a physical despite it being covered 100% by insurance. Instead they billed insurance for regular visit and me too since it was not fully covered if a regular visit. Insurance company confirmed there was no reason to do this and they would pay in full in billed correctly.
