Only good if your child is healthy. Even if your child is an established patient and is ill, this office will not schedule a same-day or NEXT day visit and instead requires you to call back the following morning at 8:00am along with all the other parents. Other Novant pediatric offices do not follow this policy. When I inquired, I was told that scheduling decisions are left to the providers. My daughter is 9 years old and has been a patient of Dr. Ankur Shah since she was just 3 months old. I cannot say enough about how amazing, caring, respectful, and wonderful he is! I recently had a baby, and Dr. Shah is now his pediatrician as well. We will continue to trust him with our children’s care. If you are looking for an outstanding pediatrician, Dr. Shah is the right person!
Dr Fournet is my son’s pediatrician and she is great! She spends the time to address all of our questions and concerns. We never feel rushed at appointments and she is so easy to talk to! Would highly recommend!
Pretty rude from desk staff. I called for information on a Friday at noon, maybe they were too busy. That was certainly the sense I got, they were too busy to handle a simple call, I cannot imagine how they would be handling children. The practice has great reviews so I am disappointed, but if I cannot tour the facility, I won't know if its the right place for my family.
What a pleasant experience being in the waiting room. I observed Stacy and Melissa at the front desk greeting each parent with such a pleasant attitude and efficiency. What a difference that makes when entering a doctor's office! You made my day!
