I am very disappointed with the care we received from Dr. Zuzo. In 2020, when our one-month-old son had COVID, we reached out for guidance and were told not to worry and that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, his condition worsened, and he later had to be taken to the ER in critical condition. As new parents, we relied on medical advice to help us make decisions for our child’s safety. Always efficient doctors and staff !!!
Have been coming to this practice for more than 3 years and the service just keeps getting worse. The one star is only for the doctors, they are good. Their on call nurse is never available. In the past 3years we have never even once been able to talk to the on call nurse. They keep you on hold and never call back. Today got a call from a very rude lady from this office saying that she will cancel the appointment if we can’t reach 10 min before scheduled appointment. Dr Nair is the best . My daughter is 6months and has been seeing her since her first appointment. She is very thorough and cares for my daughter excellent doctor
Berewick Pediatrics is the best! Dr. Nair is so informative, very sweet, genuinely loves children! Such a kind person! She's done an excellent job with my youngest baby, that I now switched my two older children to this clinic! Thank you for all you do!
