Had an appointment made by the doctor Melissa L Cirillo at the hospital, she was the one making the appointment 4 weeks ago, just got a message through my chart it was cancelled, called the office and was “given” the option to re schedule the appointment for ANOTHER 4 weeks???? Who the hell does that????

when u call before ur appt trying to figure out how to get to their building and then they refuse to see you because it takes 10 mins to get from the parking garage to their office that's in a completely separate building and on the 10th floor. it took 2 referrals and me calling 4 times before we could even get our first appt scheduled. that we arrived on time for and still weren't seen until 20 mins after our appt time but then when we arrive for the eeg they refuse to see us because were 3 mins late 3 mins past their "15 m... read more
We have been seeing Dr. Wallace for almost 8 years. She has been very knowledgeable on all of our child’s diagnosis, and always takes the extra time to address our concerns.
The stuff and doctor are great and made my daughter feel so comfortable when getting her EEG done. Great job
