the high levels of disrespect and lack of intelligence in the University office is unreal. to be a patient with small children that attend this place i have been treated poorly, ignored, and belittled. im currently looking for another family doctor in my network.

My doctor referred me to this office for physical therapy to help me with different running ailments. I highly recommend Mark! He’s been working diligently with me for several months to get me back in running form. We have had some setbacks due to my own clutziness but he is a constant encourager and won’t let me give up on myself. They will take great care of you here.
My wife and I have been going to Dr. Elkins for over 6 years! He is by far the best Dr. I have ever met. He takes his time to find the problem and fixes it rather than masking the issue. Thank you for your great care to me, my wife and my little boy. You have helped us through a lot.
Only go if you’re willing to wait over an hour and still not be seen. This happened 3x with multiple doctors! Customer service only exists in less than half of the staff. Normal receptionist is amazing but that’s ab as good as it gets!
The wait is way to long still here at 3:35 for 2:30appt. Still no Doctor?
I have always received the best of care from the MD the nurses the receptionist as well as all of the technicians Thank you staff for a job well done
