The scheduling here is absolutely horrendous. This is my fourth visit to this facility, and every single time, I’ve had to wait 30-45 minutes just to be seen by the doctor. Today, I arrived 5 minutes early, checked in at the front desk, and was told to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes before a nurse finally came to take me back. Once I was in the exam room, I waited for over 30 minutes with no communication or updates. The team worked well together to accurately assess my problem and develop a solution. Everyone was friendly and I spent very little time waiting.
