Front desk staff was great. Wait was not long. Saw Abigail Bailey. Felt rushed. Very quick, half assed physical assessment. Went over my x-ray with me. Physical therapy and meds for my back pain. Her assistant, who I believe was interning, was much more clam, listened intently and did not rush me. As doctors, PAs, whatever, it is your job to not only provide diagnoses and answer question, but to offer empathy, reassurance, and calmly explain and address patient issues and concerns. I will be seeing another doctor.
