The Novant software is horrible. Nothing but reminders to confirm appointments, fill out forms that you fill out at the doctors office again, etc. I tried the "book appointment" service and the system froze every time I tried to book. But then you receive an invoice months later in the mail from a third party provider who charges $9.78 to pay via credit card.
