The receptionists up front are awful! You walk up, they slam the window immediately. While one is checking in a patient, meanwhile the rest are laughing and joking around and then when the one that’s working wraps up with the patient, one of the ones who’s joking around will say “I can help you here.” The nurses and doctors are fine. Your receptionists are the face of your practice and should be a little more welcoming and warm.
