Was given an appointment date and later in the day was called to change the date of the appointment to a month later. I wasted almost a full day finding a doctor appointment due to office communication (or miss communication)
This was my first time visiting Jennifer Cully. She was great. She listened intently and was so compassionate and professional. So happy that I got referred to her. Linda at the admissions desk was awesome and The lab techs were fabulous. I am a hard stick and the girls there were so personable and amazing. Thank you everyone for such a positive experience.
Crappy service!! Pretty disappointed, been having pain in my right ear and they basically said there’s nothing wrong with my ear at all , I think the staff there needs to be retrained or replaced with better management
Visited the urgent care on Friday for what I thought was a sinus infection. The nurse said they wouldn’t swab me for Covid because I haven’t traveled anywhere recently and the “test were too expensive”… guess what?! A trip to Walmart for a test and I’m positive and so is everyone else in my house. And the NP advised me to take meds (that I was already taking) that wasn’t helping any so I came to urgent care. What a waste of a copay. I do not recommend!!
Waited for 2 hours only to learn they could do nothing for kidney stone pain, nausea, etc.
