I’ve been with my doctor there for over a year. Jada Buttler is very kind and has great bedside manners. Most of the staff there are very helpful. 2 things I’ve run into that is making me change dr’s, first, if you run out of needed medication before your next appointment you’re just SOL. If you message them and get Amanda you will not be helped. I love the dr”s and staff here but when your trying to reach them on the phone forget it was nether phone yesterday 1hr and 45 minutes and nobody picked up the phone, I just was on the phone 1 hr and 20 minutes I finally got tired and hung up the phone calling back again now. I have left a message yesterday to be called back still no call back.

DO NOT GO TO NOVANT HEALTH IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF MONEY AND PAY MORE OUT OF POCKET. Novant Health and the Novant Billing department are the worst. I do not trust their services or billing integrity. They will check your benefits and eligibility but not inform you if the specific location or provider is considered out of network. The billing department makes errors in its claims submissions. They will not make any corrections, no matter how much documentation and proof you provide. The billing department will ... read more

I received excellent service at this clinic. Dr. Sheatsley and his staff were personable and caring. I never felt rushed and felt extremely confident in their care.
