This place was seeing my father , who has dementia. Looking to see if they got my medical power of attorney information, so I can get his medical records. It’s been 4 days, I’ve left a half dozen voicemails and they still haven’t called me back. If you love your family members, I’d seek a better run business. The doctors might be great, but the company is poorly ran.
This is my first experience with Novant Health. I am 70 years old so, needless to say, I have seen many physicians/facilities in my lifetime . I am a cancer survivor. My husband and I recently moved to Brunswick County. We were truly impressed with the Novant facility. We felt comfortable and were served by professional FNP's and staff. Referrals were made on our first visit for specialists and special care was taken for the ones we needed for our health/age.
