I was hesitant about leaving this review, but I’ve been so bitter over this situation for a long time and it’s still effecting me to this day, so I’m airing out my grievances. I set up an appointment with a Dr. here years ago, loved the doctor, had a great experience, didn’t have to wait too long to be seen as a new patient. I’ve been with my doctor there for over a year. Jada Buttler is very kind and has great bedside manners. Most of the staff there are very helpful. 2 things I’ve run into that is making me change dr’s, first, if you run out of needed medication before your next appointment you’re just SOL. If you message them and get Amanda you will not be helped. You get the flat response of schedule an appointment or go to urgent care….. for a refil….l even if you have a scheduled appointment within the upcoming week. I’ve dealt with this i... read more
