I was seen today by Rachel, NP and her assistant Janis, they were nothing short of simply amazing. Teamwork is great, communication is great, and their attitudes are fantastic. I really wished she saw patients outside of urgent care setting.
We came here to see if our pregnancy was still viable and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The nurse practitioner working was so kind, compassionate and caring. She even called the next day to let us know that we were on her mind.
I recently had a last minute visit here and the staff was amazing. My concerns were addressed, overall great experience, I was seen fast and was able to get the pain relief I was looking for. Thank you for making me feel comfortable!
Hi my name is anthony and I’m the son of a novant worker and I’m just wondering why I’m gettin compliants from my mom with her crying to me and saying something about Vanessa is bullying her and saying bad stuff about how my mom is when my mom is hurting in her body she’s been going through a lot and the name Vanessa keeps coming out her and it’s bullying from what I’m hearing so whatever is going on can I please stop.
