This was the best experience with OBGYNs I’ve ever had. They listen to all of your concerns, make you feel reassured, and have hours that can actually fit in your schedule with a 9-5. Highly recommend!
I was so happy to find there’s an urgent care obgyn in Charlotte! The staff were friendly and Heather was wonderful! I definitely am glad I found this place and will be referring it to everybody! I love the hours since it can’t be hard to get time off of work but I was able to go on a Friday evening after getting off work! 100/10
I had a girlfriend tell me about this place. Wow, what a Godsend as it typically takes weeks if not months to get in with an Gynocologist. Mine has switched to private practice, so I am without an established doctor. I had a wonderful experience, from the very professional front desk to the excellent care team! The MA was so sweet, she came in and checked on me after I had been waiting a bit to see if I was okay and offered me water! The NP took her time with me and explained things to me. I was really impressed with the concept of having an OB-specific urgent care, especially one that is open on weekends. It’s such a great option to have available rather than having to go to a general ER for an OB/GYN issue. The facility and availability were definitely positives. Unfortunately, my experience with the nurse practitioner on call, Jaclyn Wilson, was very disappointing. I found her to be completely unprofessional and lacking in empathy.
