Urgent care OB and you don’t have the “tools” to help remove IUDs? That is just awful. Went to the ER just for them to say they aren’t trained in removal and referred me here. having severe cramping abdominal pain and bleeding over 13 days.. No help.
Worst place to go over. I went there with excruciating pain after stopping BC here. My appointment was at 8 , I reached there at 7.45 pm, the urgent care closes at 9 pm. Doctor came to my room exactly at 9.02 pm. She was in hurry and she spoke for 2 mins and saying me to take Advil OTC (which I was taking for past 4 days) and told me to see my PCP. Time and money both waste. She didn’t even prescribe, prescription strength ibuprofen. She let me to suffer with the pain. Please go to other urgent care . People are coming here ... read more
Went and reiterated I’m immunocompromised. Urine came back with seven abnormal findings. They responded in the patient portal that results were normal. It doesn’t appear they even read it. This lackadaisical response can be dangerous for people that can’t fight infections. I sent the results to my primary (atrium) and they wanted to see me asap for treatment. Would never return to this facility.
Terrible staff and no doctor. Time waste
The staff is very rude!!! Got tested for STI mid October one came back positive, and they never sent the antibiotics to my pharmacy. I came back two weeks later wasn’t feeling good. They assumed the antibiotics worked so they didn’t take me serious. The antibiotics did work, but still very rude treating me like I did something wrong. When I was in genuine pain , and being sarcastic so “what do you plan on doing if it comes back negative”.
