As a high risk patient who came in VERY anxious about my symptoms during early pregnancy, I am SO thankful for this office. The ultrasound tech, Sheema, was an absolute blessing to me as I was very concerned something was wrong with me during my early pregnancy. She went above and beyond and was able to reassure me that things were okay. The doctor, Alyse Sullivan, was also so amazing! This is a great facility, especially for emergency visits! I had a great experience with the intake nurse and NP Jutta Cameron!
HORRIBLE GO TO THE ER FIRST!! Went in they didn’t have an ultra sound specialist available but promised they were still going to be able to tell how far along I was with blood test. Doctor now is claiming there no way for them to tell me and to go seek a OGBYN… WHY DID THEY TELL ME DIFFERENT BEFORE THEY TOOK ME IN AND BILLED ME?? STAFF NEEDS BETTER TRAINING IN THIS ECONOMY PEOPLE CANT AFFORD TO BE BILLED HERE AND OVER THERE… HORRIBLE!! SCAMMERS!
I’ve been to this office quite a bit when I have needed it. But I will have to avoid them from now on. I advise anyone else to avoid them. I’ve seen Jutta Cameron, NP two times and those two times both of claims were either fully denied or had codes within the claim that were denied. This would not happen in the past when seeing other providers at this same location, so I have to believe it’s the provider I have named. My insurance has reached out to them unsuccessfully. I had a pretty good experience the doctor was very thorough in making sure I had what I needed and the front desk staff was so sweet and had great sense of humor I wasn’t going to come due to the reviews but these girls were pretty amazing and I thank them very much for providing me comfort
