Hi my name is anthony and I’m the son of a novant worker and I’m just wondering why I’m gettin compliants from my mom with her crying to me and saying something about Vanessa is bullying her and saying bad stuff about how my mom is when my mom is hurting in her body she’s been going through a lot and the name Vanessa keeps coming out her and it’s bullying from what I’m hearing so whatever is going on can I please stop.
Visited this location since my normal Dr.s office had no opening until mid-June. Saved my spot online for 5:30 pm and arrived about 10 minutes early. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by a friendly and very efficient receptionist. She explained everything thoroughly to me and had me checked in and ready to go in under a minute. Informed rep of issue and reason for visit during call to set appointment and that I would be driving from SC to NC for visit. Was informed to come in today. Checked in after an hour drive and was seen by a consultant/nurse who stated their office does not provide OBGYN service. They cannot assist me. Informed me to go to an OBGYN doctor because everyone staffed are only nurses. They should take OBGYN out of the name. It's just Urgent Care.
