Im writing this review based on my experience with Rachel Dennis NP. I was left disappointed due to her condescending tone and lack of compassion during my visit, which continued during a follow-up phone call. I was left feeling dismissed and as though I was an inconvenience rather than someone deserving of respectful communication and understanding. I had a pretty extreme obstetrical medical concern going on that needed an ultrasound. The front desk literally said “we have an ultra sound tech here now but I can’t guarantee she will see you in 30 minutes when you arrive” when I was going to be there an hour before they closed. Do not go here. Don’t waste your time.

This was the best experience with OBGYNs I’ve ever had. They listen to all of your concerns, make you feel reassured, and have hours that can actually fit in your schedule with a 9-5. Highly recommend!
I was so happy to find there’s an urgent care obgyn in Charlotte! The staff were friendly and Heather was wonderful! I definitely am glad I found this place and will be referring it to everybody! I love the hours since it can’t be hard to get time off of work but I was able to go on a Friday evening after getting off work! 100/10
