Had my appointment with Dr. Freeman. She prescribed meds and stated a prior authorization would probably be needed. My appointment was on May 21st. I have reached out to her on 3 different occasions to obtain this to no avail. Haven’t even gotten a response back which states I should receive one within 48 hours. I suffer from chronic migraines. Incredibly difficult to schedule appointments. I’ve called everyday for the past 2 weeks to schedule a new consult, left 4 detailed messages, I’ve spoke with 3 different people at the front desk, none of which can schedule me, 2 of them have passed messages along for someone to reach to me and no one has. I’ve been on hold a minimum of 28 minutes for each call, except this morning when I called at 7:59am to try to be the first caller, I was on hold for 4 minutes and then told that the staff is in a meeting and I can’t be sch... read more

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Megan Connelly. She took her time to answer questions, provide education about my condition, and explain treatment options. This was the first time a doctor has ever showed me a video to explain a medical condition. In addition to that she gave me the link to watch the video later. She had the best bedside manners and very personable. Also, this may sound minor to some people but she actually sat down to talk to me. I felt like she was actively communicating with me. I love this practice and all of the providers. Everyone listens to my concerns as a patient and included me in my care plan. I hate that I moved 3 hours away. But, if my new office doesn't work out, I'm willing to drive back!!!
